{"id":88,"date":"2016-05-07T19:37:30","date_gmt":"2016-05-07T19:37:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.spanish-oil.com\/blog\/?p=88"},"modified":"2026-02-20T09:18:07","modified_gmt":"2026-02-20T09:18:07","slug":"olivenoel-karotten-muffin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spanish-oil.com\/blog\/olivenoel-karotten-muffin\/","title":{"rendered":"Carrot cake with extra virgin olive oil"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<section class=\"article-learn\">\n  <p><strong>In this article you will learn:<\/strong><\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>The ingredients needed to make carrot muffins with extra virgin olive oil.<\/li>\n    <li>Step-by-step preparation of the carrot cake with extra virgin olive oil.<\/li>\n    <li>How to bake the muffins to achieve a moist texture using olive oil.<\/li>\n    <li>Tips for cooling and serving the carrot cake after baking.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 cup extra virgin olive oil of the Arbequina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cups flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cup sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon vanilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon baking powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pinch of salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 teaspoons ground cinnamon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 grated carrot<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>We recommend a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.spanish-oil.com\/en\/arbequina\">Arbequina olive oil<\/a> because it is usually a milder oil and&nbsp;accompanies the cakes taste perfectly.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix the eggs with the olive oil in an bowl and mix all the other ingredients in another bowl. After that mix the ingredients afterwards slowly together with the mixture of eggs and olive oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preheat oven to 190 \u00b0 C and grease the molds. Fill up the smooth mixture into the molds and swipe the surface with a spoon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bake the cakes about 20 minutes in the oven.
