For Artajo 8, 8 kg of olives are needed for one liter of olive oil
For Artajo 10, 2 kg more olives are needed than for Artajo 8, a full 10 kg of olives are used for one litre of olive oil. Because the olives are not yet fully ripe, the olive oil produced is a little stronger.
