This extra virgin olive oil is bottled directly from the press without filtering, so the natural aromas and textures are fully preserved. The olives are carefully harvested by hand and within an hour of harvesting the olive oil is already in the bottle - it doesn't get any fresher than that!

Use in the kitchen
The unfiltered Alfar olive oil is ideal for cold dishes and is a special treat on fresh bread or as a finish for salads and grilled vegetables. As it is naturally cloudy and bottled directly, it is best enjoyed raw to fully enjoy its fresh aromas. Due to the olive particles it still contains, it is not ideal for frying as it can splatter.
