Als Olivenöl-Kenner habe ich alle vier Öle von La Maja probiert. Arróniz ist mein Favorit wegen seiner typischen Bitterkeit.
Ein gelungenes Experiment
Wer ein Faible hat für Olivenöl, sollte das Koroneiki von La Maja unbedingt probieren. Es ist ein Experiment, das in meinen Augen voll und ganz gelungen ist. Ein spanisches Olivenöl aus einer griechischen Olivensorte. Schmeckt einzigartig frisch, grün und herb.
